A bilingual (Portuguese/Spanish) editorial project dedicated to the New Basque Cuisine, this book explores the gastronomic movement that transformed contemporary Spanish cooking. I was responsible for the cover design and full layout of the publication, developing a visual language inspired by the symbolic colours of Basque culture — black, white, red and green — for a high-end edition published by Edições do Gosto.

The book received international recognition, winning 2nd place in the “Best Foreign Cookbook” category in Paris.
